With AI and digital growth a national priority, he focuses on local strategy, partnerships and identifying viable opportunities for low-carbon, high-density data center services. Roland brings more than 20 years’ experience in computing, networking and telecoms strategy. He has held senior roles driving growth and transformation at TDF, one of France’s leading telecom firms, and at consultancy Arthur D. Little, advising on digital infrastructure and technology strategy.
