Billy Nolan
Chief Development Officer
Known for his disciplined delivery of complex infrastructure, Billy leads Verne’s development of data center capacity across the Nordics for growing HPC and AI workloads. He mobilises international teams for large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Billy spent nearly three decades at Atlantic Projects Company, including seven years as CEO, overseeing major global engineering, procurement and construction programmes. His expertise in renewable and thermal power underscores Verne’s commitment to low-carbon, high- density compute infrastructure.
Tero Sario
Group Projects Director
Tero oversees the expansion of our sustainable HPC data centers across the Nordic region, delivering high-quality infrastructure on time and within budget. With extensive project management expertise gained from senior roles with Neste and AF, Tero has an established track record for successfully delivering complex, multi- million-dollar projects within fixed constraints. He has held senior project management positions, leading initiatives spanning oil and gas, renewable energy and circular economy. He brings a deep expertise in complex process management and project delivery to his role at Verne.

Head of Health and Safety
Sunny’s work is anchored in a commitment to operational excellence that alignsstrategic objectives with a growing international workforce. With expertise in risk,compliance and operations spanning construction, financial services and the datacenter industry, he leads the policies and practices that promote Verne's culture ofwellbeing and build a consistent workplace culture. Through these initiatives, Sunnyensures that our advanced facilities conform to the highest standards of safetyinternationally, resulting in a working environment that’s productive and risk free foremployees, partners and customers.
