Having lived, worked and studied internationally, she brings extensive experience in technology law and completion of complex, multi-billion-dollar transactions across public and private sectors in many different jurisdictions. Her introduction to IT services and technology law came through Amazon and Atos. A strong advocate for sustainability and biodiversity, Hildegard believes transparency around environmental responsibility will define the data center industry’s future - a perspective she brings to Verne’s policies and governance.
